A very large body of evidence now exists that suggests diet is as important to mental health as it is to physical health. With that evidence it is essential that we are aware of what we are putting in our bodies not only for our physical health but for our overall  mental health well being.

Having being diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome a few years ago a healthy diet is an absolute essential part of my daily life. I love to cook mainly using organic whole foods. When I eat out I find pleasure in seeking out healthy, nutritional cafes and restaurants.

Here I will share foods and recipes and cafes that I recommend and love.
